At Love's Learning Loft, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Childcare Center offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.

Christy Thayer
Director
My name is Christy Thayer. I am the Director of Love’s Learning Loft, Mentor location. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been the Director since September of 2018. Prior to that, I was the Assistant Director, and before that, I taught infants through preschool for several years. I have been happily married since 1993. My husband is a veteran of the United States Air Force. We have 3 children. My oldest daughter is the Director of Love’s Learning Loft, Chesterland location and she and her husband gave us our first grandson! My son enlisted in the United States Airforce and his job will be in Aircraft Armament Systems. We are so proud! My youngest daughter is about to get her driver’s license and will be a Junior at Ohio Virtual Academy in the fall of 2022. Children have always been an important part of my life. I was a nanny in my teenage years, and I had my first babysitting job at the age of 11.

Hello, my name is Rhiannon Ricci. I have been the Assistant Director at Love’s Learning Loft since March 2016, and I have been in the childcare field for 7 years. I have also been in customer service for 11 years and I love providing efficient and quality service to all parents, children, and staff members. I have a child of my own who also attends Love’s Learning Loft and we absolutely love it! Working for Love’s isn’t just a job for me, it is my passion and my future!
